Plans are not to be resold or used for any other purpose than the single structure for which it is purchased.

Price

Pricing for the construction documents varies. The independent architecture firms have provided pricing for both blue-line reproducible and electronic file formats.

NOTICE: All plans available through the Transcon Steel database meet the recognized building codes in force at the time they were drawn in the region of origin. Each country, state, county or city has its own building codes and building regulations. Modification of these plans may be required to meet these local requirements - energy codes, seismic zones, snow loads, etc. The complete architectural firm's contact information will be provided with the plans if changes are necessary. Additional fees may apply for changes or modifications.
