The project consisted of five office buildings between 9,500-15,000sf each. The roof trusses clear spanned 45' to 55' with a clay tile roof and 14' x 80' attic. The wall panels were designed to support bar joists, 3" concrete, and second story roof trusses. |

Ultra Frame panel was selected as the exterior wall system for this four building 25,600sf retail center. Being near a major road, the developer was able to deliver a sound resistant system that was environmentally responsible, low maintanence and supported an initiative of lower operating costs for the tenants. |
