This 2,000sf beach front cottage was built to meet 140mph Miami, Florida, Dade County hurricane wind forces. The project utilized the Ultra Frame wall and roof panels with interior light gauge steel framing. No sheathing was required.. The insurance review of the structure resulted in nearly a 50% reduction in insurance costs compared to neighboring properties. |
