General Information

Transcon Steel's "R" HEADER is the perfect solution to meet energy code requirements. The engineered door and window headers are designed for both wood and metal framing systems.

Each header is injection molded with fire-retardant Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) providing "R"-Values between R-16 to R-36.

The headers are shipped in 12' lengths and jobsite cut to fit. Custom lengths are available.
