By using and or uploading your company information in the Transcon Steel database you agree that in no event will Transcon Steel be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages arising out of your use of the Transcon Steel database provided to you, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence or otherwise, and whether or not Transcon Steel has been advised of the possibility of such damage. These limitations will apply notwithstanding the failure of any essential purpose of any limited remedy. All passwords and company specific information will remain confidential. Before final submittal to the Transcon Steel architectural plans search engine, a recognized Transcon Steel representative for approval or suggested modification will review each upload. NOTICE: All plans available through the Transcon Steel database must meet the recognized building codes in force at the time they were drawn in the region of origin. Each country, state, county or city has its own building codes and building regulations. Modification of these plans may be required to meet these local requirements - energy codes, seismic zones, snow loads, etc. The complete architectural firm's contact information must be provided to the purchasing client at time of funds transfer or transfer of architectural files. Purchasing client agrees that additional fees may apply for changes or modifications. The costs for the changes or modifications are to be borne by the purchasing client. The purchasing client has first right as to if the original architectural firm or a localized licensed firm is to make the necessary changes or modifications. PAYMENT TERMS: Once a set of plans are purchased on the Transcon Steel website, funds will be transfer via wire, electronic, or company check to the assigned architectural firm. Along with the funds, the purchasing client's contact and shipping information along with plan code will be provided. The architectural firm agrees that the plans will be sent via mail or e-mail within 3 working days from receipt of funds. The shipping and handling cost for the plan will be included in the original price. Pricing for the construction documents varies. The independent architecture firms are to provide pricing for both blue-line reproducible and electronic file formats. The architectural firm also agrees that the following will be provided to the client: Reproducible Blue-Lines: 4 sets of complete drawings Electronic File: One set either e-mailed or on disc Each order includes the following drawings: |
